Job Description
ABC with ABA is looking for an experienced BCBA to provide in-home and remote supervision and caregiver training to RBT's that provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Position:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will manage and supervise our experienced RBT's who is providing life-changing care directly in the child's home. You will conduct curricular assessments, develop and update treatment plans, program data collection systems, monitor and review data collection and SOAP notes, and collaborate with other providers.What You'll Do:
Provide in-person and remote behavior intervention services while the RBT is in a child's home setting Develop behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive Track progress and celebrate milestones using ABC with ABA's proprietary technology Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conductWhat You Bring:
Active BCBA certification Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred Must pass a background check, MVR, OIG, and Federal / State required healthcare sanction checks Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required TB test and proof of other health screenings / immunizations required CPR certificationPhysical Requirements:
Mindful and attentive to the safety of the client and surroundings Sustained physical activity may be required for up to 60 minutes Behavior therapy activities may require playing interacting with clients on the floor Activities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending and lifting up to 50 poundsWhat We Offer:

In person andRemote Responsibilities:
- Develop behavior intervention plans to be implemented by the RBT
- Review data and SOAP notes to monitor client progress and behavior
- Conduct curricular assessments and update the treatment plan as required by insurance
- Provide supervision and caregiver training in various settings, such as home, school, or clinic
- Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
Qualifications:
- Master's degree and active BCBA certification
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to develop behavior plans and monitor interventions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
