Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, oversee, and modify behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing client progress evaluations. Lead intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations including HIPAA standards for patient confidentiality. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff, fostering a high standard of care across home-based, school-based, and clinic settings. Collect, analyze, and document medical records, behavioral data, and progress notes with precision to ensure accurate medical documentation. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication about client progress and treatment strategies. Support clients during diagnostic evaluations and participate in team meetings focused on autism spectrum disorders support and neurodevelopmental disorders management. Experience Proven experience working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorders, or other developmental disabilities. Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessments, and behavior intervention planning. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBA), and diagnostic evaluations within clinical or educational settings. Background working with individuals across diverse environments such as homes, schools, clinics, or community settings—especially those involving children with disabilities. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health conditions and experience managing medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Strong client communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans, progress updates, and behavioral strategies to families and team members. Prior experience providing clinical supervision or training for behavior technicians or other staff members is highly preferred.
