LifeLink Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and support for our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) services in Wisconsin. This part-time position combines clinical and administrative responsibilities: providing clinical oversight, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, supporting families and staff, supervising behavioral-services personnel, and helping ensure services comply with Wisconsin program, Medicaid, insurance, and documentation requirements. The position may be structured as W-2 employment or a 1099 independent-contractor arrangement based on mutual agreement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Services Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinically appropriate evaluations. Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans. Provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor client progress; review data and revise plans as needed. Provide direct clinical services via telehealth or on-site visits when appropriate. Coordinate care with families, caregivers, schools, providers, and other professionals. Clinical Supervision Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians, behavioral therapists, and other assigned staff. Provide clinical direction, case consultation, and ongoing performance feedback. Train staff and caregivers in the proper implementation of behavior-support strategies. Ensure services are delivered consistently with professional and ethical standards. Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and medical necessity. CLTS & Program Oversight Support and oversee behavioral services provided through Wisconsin's CLTS program. Coordinate with families, support and service coordinators, county representatives, and program partners. Ensure service plans and documentation meet applicable CLTS requirements. Assist with program development, case reviews, quality assurance, and service coordination. Insurance & Administrative Understand and follow Wisconsin ABA, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements. Assist with insurance authorizations, reauthorizations, assessments, treatment-plan submissions, and clinical reviews. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical and administrative documentation. Support provider credentialing, payer compliance, audits, and quality-assurance activities as needed. Participate in administrative meetings, program planning, policy development, and staff training. Help LifeLink strengthen and expand its ABA and CLTS programs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Experience providing, supervising, or administering ABA services (Wisconsin experience preferred). Working knowledge of Wisconsin ABA requirements, CLTS services, Medicaid, and commercial insurance processes. Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention and treatment plans. Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, ADHD, or other behavioral needs. Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet payer requirements. Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families, staff, and community partners. Ability to provide remote and on-site services as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS STRONGLY PREFERRED
Active credentialing/enrollment as a Wisconsin Medicaid (ForwardHealth) behavioral-treatment provider, and with commercial ABA payers. Strong candidates who are not yet credentialed are still encouraged to apply — we will support the credentialing process for the right fit. Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians or other behavioral-services staff. Experience overseeing clinical programs or supporting the development of an ABA program. Familiarity with Wisconsin credentialing, prior authorization, utilization review, and insurance billing processes. Experience working with Wisconsin CLTS agencies, counties, support and service coordinators, or related community programs.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
Part-time position with a flexible schedule; approximately 5-20 hours per week initially, with the possibility of additional hours as the program grows. Remote work with on-site availability when required by client or program needs. $45-$70 per hour; clinical and administrative duties may be paid at different rates within the range. Final rate determined by assigned duties, qualifications, experience, and W-2 vs. 1099 structure.
