In this vital role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes and improve quality of life for those we serve. BCBA Duties Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services. Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support and consistency across environments. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records, documentation, and confidentiality of client information. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health, special education, and diagnostic evaluation. Skills Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations related to patient care. Excellent skills in patient assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring within a clinical or educational setting. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations including families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions. Demonstrated commitment to patient care with compassionate approach towards individuals with disabilities. Organized with attention to detail for accurate record keeping in medical records and treatment documentation.
