Skills Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations related to patient care. Excellent skills in patient assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring within a clinical or educational setting. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations including families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.
