Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify core challenges and strengths of clients. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client's unique needs. Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions, and ensure effective outcomes for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral health and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate closely with families, schools, medical professionals, and caregivers to facilitate seamless communication and coordinate care strategies. Lead intake assessments to determine client eligibility for services and develop initial treatment goals aligned with client needs. Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and progress notes in accordance with legal standards and organizational policies. Qualifications Valid BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessments, and behavior intervention strategies. Proven ability to perform behavioral psychological assessments and conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA). Experience working within educational settings or home-based environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance requirements. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to families and team members. Demonstrated experience in data collection methods essential for tracking client progress effectively.
