Job Description
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY ELEVATE ABA
is a new ABA therapy practice launching in Delaware County — one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing counties and a region with documented gaps in ABA services. We are seeking a BCBA who wants to be part of building something meaningful, not just filling a seat on an existing caseload. This is a launch partner role. You will join during our credentialing phase and help shape the clinical foundation of the practice. Compensation is structured to protect both parties during the credentialing window, then scales with client volume once we are live with insurance billing.WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Participate in insurance credentialing process (Ohio Medicaid managed care plans + commercial) Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for pediatric clients Supervise RBTs as caseload grows Conduct functional behavior assessments and write clinical documentation Collaborate with OT, school teams, and families for coordinated care Opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director role as the practice expandsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active BCBA certification (Ohio) — or eligible within 60 days Experience with pediatric ABA, early intervention, or school-based services preferred Comfortable with the credentialing process and able to work through it patiently Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by the idea of a startup, not intimidated by it Strong documentation skills; familiarity with Medicaid billing codes a plusCOMPENSATION MODEL
We believe in full transparency. Insurance credentialing in Ohio typically takes 60-120 days, during which there is no revenue to draw from. We will not offer a base salary we cannot sustain. Instead, we offer: A credentialing completion stipend ($1,000-$1,500) paid upon approval with first carrier Then, a choice of: revenue share model on collected sessions, OR a deferred W2 salary (upto $100,000) beginning on the date of first client billedLong-term:
pathway to salaried Clinical Director with bonus structure tied to practice growth This structure is designed for a clinician who values long-term upside and understands how practices are built. If you need immediate guaranteed income, this role may not be the right fit right now — and we respect that.WHY ELEVATE ABA
Delaware County has real, documented demand and limited ABA supply. We are entering this market with financing in place, a strong referral infrastructure, and a vision for becoming the premier pediatric therapy practice in Central Ohio. The clinician who joins now will have a meaningful say in how this practice is built.Pay:
