Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team serving clients in the Alexandria and Northern Virginia areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral health needs, including those with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Location Required:

In-person/on-site at a private school in Alexandria, VA, 2 days per week Additional hours available: Opportunity to add hours by providing services to in-home clients in Alexandria, VA and/or throughout Northern Virginia (NOVA) Schedule and caseload can be discussed based on availability and clinical needs This position is a great fit for a BCBA looking for a consistent school-based role with the flexibility to build a larger caseload Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavioral change. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral health. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents/caregivers, RBTs, and other providers to ensure consistency across environments Train, provide supervision, and give feedback to behavior technicians and other team members, as applicable Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Advocate for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support. Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Proficiency in patient assessment methodologies and behavioral health interventions. Familiarity with medical documentation practices and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment while demonstrating patience and empathy towards clients' needs.

Compensation Billable time:

$56-$66 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Non-billable time:

$40 per hour.
