$1,000+ Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidate Benefits & Perk Paid Time Off & Sick Days Weekly Pay Annual and Performance-Based Raises Employee Incentive Program Referral Bonus Program Ongoing Training & Clinical Support Flexible, Remote Work Environment Health Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision (for eligible employees) Job Responsibilities Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed Qualifications Active BCBA Certification (BACB) Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus Join a team that values your time, expertise, and commitment to quality care.
