Job Description
The Behavior Place LLC is growing! We are a small, family-owned, ABA practice that has a focus of providing the highest quality of ABA services to families in and around the Kingsland, Georgia area. We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to oversee in-home and center-based ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related disorders in the Kingsland area.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
The BCBA's main focus is to use Applied Behavior Analysis principles for our clients who are diagnosed with Autism. Our BCBAs provide therapy to increase socialization, play, and language skills while minimizing or eliminating challenging behaviors. Our BCBAs design and direct the implementation of treatment goals individualized to each client's and family's needs. This includes functional assessments, behavior plan development, and team training. In addition, our BCBAs provide support through direct and indirect consultation to clients and their families, ultimately providing individualized services designed to improve the quality of life of children and families.Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in a related field (required) 3-5 years of clinical experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred) Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB (required) Current Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required) Experience with assessments, treatment formulation, and data analysis Experience designing and applying strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Experience conducting and completing functional assessments Experience developing individualized program goals and treatment plans for clients and their families, including classroom, community, and home environments where appropriate Experience monitoring the ongoing implementation of program goals, evaluating progress, and adjusting individualized programs as necessary Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, including monitoring the implementation of treatment plan goals, conducting required supervision meetings, and providing support and guidance Experience teaching parents and caregivers strategies in accordance with the treatment plan using techniques such as modeling, coaching, and role-play Demonstration of effective verbal and written communication skills Full-time supervisors enjoy a robust benefits package including medical, dental, a company laptop, PTO, paid holidays, paid CEUs, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.Work Remotely:
