BCBAs role includes:
Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles Assessment of client progress over time Flexible scheduling Choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia Lots of room to grow in the company
