Pay:
$87,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year Job description:
Job Highlights:
Base salary range starting at $80,000+ Target earnings $90,000-$131,000 annually. Small caseloads of 6-8 clients. Low billable requirement- 27.5hrs weekly. 24 potential work from home days.
Emphasis on professional development:
$500 annual CEU budget, monthly in-house CEUs, access to unlimited Central Reach Institute CEUs, and 1 dedicated paid professional development day. Join Propel Autism as a Clinical Supervisor! Propel Autism is looking for passionate, results-oriented clinicians to bring our mission of transformative care for children with Autism to life! If you are a BCBA looking to collaborate with other highly-skilled team members in an environment that promotes continuous development, clinical excellence and compassionate care, we'd love to hear from you! As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will: Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients Supervise, support and nurture RBT's and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child's goals and achievements. Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours Wellness and Development Supports Propel offers: Tenure-based paid time off program: 10 days in year 1, 15 days in year 2, 20 days in year 3. 10 paid company holidays, 1 floating holiday. K Bonus Structure:
Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period. Unlimited referral bonuses You will need: Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Valid BCBA Certification Applicable license to practice within Georgia 1+ years of experience as a BCBA Strong leadership skills Strong oral and written communication skills
