$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year excluding bonuses

We are currently hiring BCBAs in NWA for home and school cases in NWA, and hybrid/remote throughout the state. Cross River Therapy offers very competitive salary and generous bonuses. Position Summary:
Cross River Therapy is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services to children and families in clinic, home, community, and telehealth settings. The BCBA leads clinical assessment and treatment planning, supervises RBTs/behavior technicians, collaborates with caregivers, and ensures accurate documentation in alignment with BACB, payer, and company standards. Key Responsibilities Complete initial assessments, reauthorizations, caregiver interviews, and direct observations. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment data and medical necessity. Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians through observations, data review, feedback, and competency‑based coaching. Provide parent training and clear, supportive communication with families and other providers. Maintain timely, clinically defensible documentation in CentralReach and follow company protocols for data collection, graphing, incident reporting, and authorizations. Participate in clinical meetings, onboarding, ongoing training, and quality‑assurance activities. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field. Experience in ABA (clinic, home, school, or telehealth) preferred. Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, supervision, documentation, and family collaboration. Comfort using CentralReach, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft Teams is preferred. $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
