Flexible (Part-Time; W2) About Us Sunny Solutions ABA is a growing, clinician-led ABA practice providing culturally responsive, high-quality services to underserved communities. We prioritize family-centered care, ethical practice, and meaningful, sustainable behavior change. Position Overview This hybrid role includes both telehealth and in-home services. The BCBA will oversee clinical programming, support behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families. Caseload is intentionally kept low (approximately 4-6 clients) to ensure quality care and strong clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (FBA, Vineland, etc.) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Supervise and train RBTs/BTs Provide parent/caregiver training Monitor client progress and adjust programming Maintain timely and compliant documentation Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams What We Offer Competitive compensation: $65-80/hour Flexible hybrid schedule Low caseload (quality over quantity) Opportunity for leadership and growth as the New Haven region expands Supportive, clinician-led environment Meaningful work with underserved communities Requirements Active BCBA certification Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with insurance-based services as well as private pay Experience with parent training and coaching Interest in culturally responsive ABA practices How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction to: hr@sunnysolutionsaba.com
