Supervise and provide ongoing coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring high-quality ABA service delivery. Monitor progress through data analysis and modify programs as needed to ensure meaningful skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Deliver parent and caregiver training to help families apply ABA strategies at home, promoting consistency and success. Provide culturally sensitive, family-centered care that honors each client's background and preferences. Maintain client safety and adhere to all ethical and clinical guidelines. Respond appropriately and professionally to behavioral or emergency situations using established safety protocols. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Current BCBA certification through the BACB in the state of South Carolina Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or related developmental differences Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
