About the Role Company Overview A healthcare organization focused on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with autism is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team. The organization uses a hybrid model that integrates educational and clinical services to support meaningful developmental outcomes. Programs are individualized to meet client needs, with an emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and family involvement. Position Summary This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (HYBRID) Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans Analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decisions Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide training and guidance to staff and families Ensure adherence to ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client progress Required Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Valid state licensure (as applicable) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Strong skills in data analysis, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice Excellent communication and training abilities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders Familiarity with both clinic-based and school-based environments Background in research or clinical program development
