Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS) Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care Monitor client progress and update goals based on data Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Qualifications:
