We provide comprehensive training and RBT certification as well as constant mentoring so you can feel confident stepping into this rewarding role. Competitive pay:
$18-$23/hour , based on experience and location Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts Full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification support Mileage reimbursement for in-home services Clear promotion path for those seeking BCBA mentorship
What You'll Do:
Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills Accurately track data and progress in real-time Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training Scheduling & Compensation $18-$23/hour depending on qualifications and market Work close to home; we serve families throughout Southfield and surrounding areas You're a strong fit if you: Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Can pass a background check Have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements.
