About Us:

We are a passionate, community-focused organization dedicated to helping families and children grow through play-based aba therapy. We strive to create meaningful, lasting changes in the lives of the children and families we serve while providing a supportive and collaborative environment for our staff. As a part-time COnsultant or BCBA, you will work closely with families in their homes and communities to provide ABA therapy that is centered around play-based techniques. This role involves assessing, designing, and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, training staff, and supporting families in their journey. You'll play a critical role in fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment for children and staff alike.

Requirements:

Passion for working with children and families. Basic understanding of ABA Experience with play-based therapy techniques preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel locally to clients' homes and communities. Must be able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
