We are a small, clinician-owned practice built on quality, relationships, and individualized care. We intentionally maintain a boutique approach to service delivery, allowing our team to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes rather than productivity quotas and corporate metrics. This position offers flexible after-school, evening, weekend, and hybrid opportunities throughout New Jersey. What Makes Us Different Small caseloads and personalized support. Direct access to ownership and clinical leadership. Family-centered treatment that respects each family's values, routines, and goals. A collaborative environment where your clinical judgment is trusted and respected. No corporate bureaucracy or layers of management. You appreciate that every family is different and understand that successful treatment plans are built through trust, collaboration, and respect. You are looking for a practice where quality matters more than quantity and where your clinical expertise is genuinely valued. Compensation & Schedule Competitive compensation. Flexible scheduling. After-school and evening cases available. Weekend opportunities available. Hybrid opportunities available. Part-time and supplemental caseload opportunities. If you are looking for a boutique ABA practice where you can do your best clinical work, develop meaningful relationships with families, and be part of a team that values excellence over volume, we would love to meet you.
