Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Coordinate care with families and insurance providers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery Create materials to support behavior plans Participate in quality assurance initiatives Supervise and mentor behavioral direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to meet evolving client needs
Qualifications:
