Role:
Join Ct Aba Services as a Hybrid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Implement evidence-based interventions to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Engage in community outreach and education to raise awareness of ABA services.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. Current BCBA certification and state licensure in Connecticut. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy and program development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Experience with data analysis and behavior tracking software. Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. Commitment to ongoing professional growth and ethical practice.
