High Point, NC Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Work from home Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst Full Job Description Chasing Your Dreams ABA (CYD) is a local, BCBA-owned ABA provider serving North Carolina. We're looking for an experienced BCBA who wants excellent hourly compensation, control over their caseload, and less administrative burden in the Davidson County Area. Why CYD? W2 or 1099 position available PTO $5,000 onboarding incentive Choose your caseload — 10-30 billable hours per week available Flexible weekday scheduling Mileage reimbursement between client locations Minimal administrative responsibilities BCBA-owned and operated Supportive BT/RBT team We work to geographically cluster caseloads whenever possible to reduce unnecessary travel $5,000
Onboarding Incentive:
$1,000 on first paycheck $1,000 after 30 completed billable hours $1,000 after 60 completed billable hours $1,000 after 90 completed billable hours $1,000 after 120 completed billable hours Total potential incentive: $5,000 Billable hours must be completed, properly documented, and reimbursable. The BCBA must remain actively contracted and in good standing at the time each incentive payment is earned.
Health Insurance Stipend:
Eligible contractors may receive up to $500 per month in additional compensation to assist with the cost of maintaining personal health insurance coverage. Proof of active health insurance coverage is required for eligibility. The stipend is treated as taxable contractor compensation and is not a company-sponsored health insurance plan. Flexible work from home options available.
