Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hybrid

•Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing comprehensive behavioral analysis and intervention services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. The position offers a flexible hybrid work environment, combining in-office and home-based service delivery, to ensure optimal client support and effective treatment planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), overseeing behavior intervention implementation, and maintaining detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. The BCBA will also provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, facilitate intake evaluations, and communicate progress effectively with clients and their families. This role is vital in supporting children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians ensuring adherence to ABA principles. Coordinate intake assessments and facilitate diagnostic evaluations for new clients. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA standards. Support clients during home-based therapy sessions while adhering to safety protocols. Participate in ongoing professional development related to autism spectrum disorders support and behavioral health. Communicate effectively with clients' families regarding treatment goals, progress updates, and behavioral strategies.

Requirements:

Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification status. Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies. Experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA). Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and medical records management. Prior experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Ability to collect precise data during sessions and analyze it for treatment planning. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and medical records management. Experience providing clinical supervision or training staff in behavioral health settings is preferred.
