Candidates must live within reasonable driving distance of Baltimore, MD , as some in-person services are required. Competitive hourly rate:
$80

Respect, professionalism, and kindness are foundational to our culture. Toxic behavior from staff or families is not tolerated. Position Overview The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.
Hybrid Model:
Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans Complete and maintain clinical documentation Analyze treatment data and make program modifications Provide supervision and support to RBTs Deliver parent and caregiver training Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Experience supervising RBTs Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Our Mission To improve the quality of life of everyone we serve through a relentless pursuit of clinical and operational excellence.
