Job Description
SmartStart Education, LLC seeks Reading Tutors to support K-12 students with targeted literacy instruction and intervention. In this mission-driven role, you will deliver standards-aligned lessons, administer formative assessments, and use data to personalize support in phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to reinforce curriculum, prepare students for key assessments, and monitor progress.
