Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and the ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes. The BCBA will oversee ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure meaningful progress for clients. This role can be tailored to your preferred caseload, location, and schedule. This role is Hybrid with some in-person supervision requirements. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop tailored intervention strategies. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals. Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across environments. Provide training and support to staff and family members on behavior management strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards. Stay updated on best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development. Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs Monitor data and make data-driven treatment decisions Communicate regularly with parents/guardians Maintain documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance standards Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices. Proficient in data collection methods related to behavioral analysis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and therapeutic interventions. Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Licensed or eligible for licensure in NC (LBA preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for working with children with autism and developmental delays Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve by applying your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
