- Hybrid Clinical Position We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a unique hybrid role designed to provide variety, flexibility, and a more sustainable workload.
Our goal is to help prevent BCBA burnout by combining several clinical responsibilities rather than requiring one large, intensive caseload. This position includes a mix of home-based services, center-based supervision, assessments, school-based services, virtual work, administrative time, and work-from-home responsibilities . Typical Weekly Schedule The position generally includes: 1 day, 9:00 AM-5:00
PM:
Office-based clinical and administrative work, including documentation and program development 1 day, approximately 9:00 AM-3:00
PM:
Providing clinical supervision in our center and/or school-based programs 1 day, 8:30 AM-4:30
PM:
Conducting assessments in our center 1 work-from-home day: Completing clinical work including 97151, 97155, and 97157 services 1 evening per week, 2:30 PM-7:30
PM:
Running and supervising center-based programming/groups 1 evening per week: Supervising a small home-based caseload, approximately 6 hours per week 1 weekend day per month: Approximately 8 hours providing supervision of learners in our center The position also incorporates

fieldwork candidates Collaborating with families, schools, technicians, and other members of the treatment team Qualifications Candidates must: Hold current BCBA certification Meet applicable requirements for LBA licensure Have strong clinical supervision and case-management skills Be highly familiar and experienced with administering and interpreting the VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R Be comfortable working across home, center, school, office, and virtual settings Have strong written documentation, organizational, and communication skills Enjoy mentoring and developing clinicians and behavior technicians Why Join Us?
