Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time, Hybrid BCBA in Sanford, NC Sunny Skies ABA is seeking a compassionate and collaborative BCBA to join our growing team serving children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. We're a growing, family-owned, clinician led ABA company seeking a passionate BCBA to join our team. Whether you're looking for supplemental hours, evenings/weekends, or a schedule that fits around family or another position, we build caseloads around YOUR availability. We are a clinician-focused ABA company committed to ethical care, sustainable caseloads, and meaningful outcomes for children and families. Our goal is to give BCBAs the flexibility, support, and autonomy needed to provide high-quality care without burnout. Compensation & Benefits $90-$120 an hour Flexible scheduling Manageable caseloads (5-15 billable hours weekly) CEU reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Administrative and scheduling support Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision and clinical support to RBTs Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, and FBAs Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration Review data and monitor client progress Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful outcomes Services are primarily provided in clients' homes and school settings (when applicable).
