Job Description

We are looking for registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to serve pediatric clients in our Buda office and the surrounding area (between Kyle and South Austin). This position is part-time or full-time. Full-time positions are available, depending on the clinician's experience, willingness to travel, availability, and other factors. The pay will be $19-24/hour to commensurate with education and experience. We offer a meaningful mentorship experience for RBTs working to become BCBAs. Medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as PTO are available for full-time employees (30+ hours per week).
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, psychology, or similar field from accredited university Currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing 1.5 years of relevant clinical experience treating children and/or young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) 1.5 years of experience providing ABA-based therapy
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in master's or ABA certification program that would enable them to sit for the board exam to become a BCBA, or accumulating hours in order to sit for the board exam 4+ years' experience providing ABA-based therapy 12+ months' experience providing in-home services Experience supporting clients actively engaging in significant aggressive and/or self-injurious behavior Experience working with clients diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and other similar diagnoses Working with a variety of clients of different skill levels, ages, needs, abilities, and strengths Experience working with Deaf/Hard of Hearing community and using American Sign Language (ASL)
