ABA S.T.E.P.S.
is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disorders. We invest in our team's success through training, mentorship, and career advancement Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide 1:1 direct support in home, school, and community settings Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Assist in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and success Qualifications Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related fieldREQUIRED
