Category Schools - BCBA - Tele Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide teletherapy services within a school setting from August 2026 through May 2027. This role involves supervising behavioral interventions and supporting staff to enhance student outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising a caseload with three Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to behavioral intervention plans (BIPs). Conducting regular meetings with teachers to align therapy goals with classroom activities. Collaborating with school staff to implement and adjust behavior plans. Managing caseload documentation and progress monitoring. Providing coaching and support to RBTs in the delivery of teletherapy services.

Required qualifications and skills:

Current BCBA certification with valid licensure as applicable. Experience in teletherapy service delivery within educational settings. Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and support multiple RBTs. Proficient in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers and school personnel. This position offers a part-time schedule of approximately 32.5 hours per week. The role is fully remote, enabling service delivery through teletherapy.
