Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA - Tele Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth services within a school setting. This position supports a caseload of 25 to 30 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing on Tier 3 interventions to address individualized behavioral needs.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. Delivering telehealth-based behavioral interventions and coaching to students. Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement and monitor Tier 3 interventions. Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Providing training and support to school personnel on behavioral strategies.
Desired qualifications:
Current BCBA certification. Experience working with a diverse student population in K-12 educational settings. Proficiency in implementing Tier 3 behavioral interventions. Strong skills in conducting telehealth services and remote collaboration. Ability to manage a caseload of 25-30 students effectively.
Location:
Thomasville, AL (telehealth services will be provided remotely). This contracted position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on student outcomes through specialized behavioral support.
