We are dedicated to providing evidenced based support in order to increase appropriate social behavior and ensure positive life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities, educational teams and families. We strive to accomplish this through individual evaluations, classroom consultation, direct services, intensive data collection and individualized training. Our overall goal is to improve the quality of our clients lives and those surrounding them. ABC is hiring behavior technicians to work within public schools providing 1:1 support to identified students. We are also looking for staff interested in facilitating after school, small social groups along side our clinical staff. ABC will provide the following Training in de-escalation and physical management Training in behavioral supports, data collection and applied behavior analysis Opportunity for educational and professional growth Employment during the school year (late August through mid June) Limited summer hours are available Convenient daily hours (7:00-2:25, 8:30-3:30) - Starting hourly rate between 19.00- 20.00per hour for those entering the field
•experience is discussed during the first interview. Paid Time Off based on accrued hours 401K for full time staff Vacations and school closures off (unpaid without the use of PTO) Please note, due to the small size of our agency and short working year, health insurance is not provided although we are in the process of enrolling and offer financial support for health care.
