Newport, Rhode Island Were looking for compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Newport, RI. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while supporting children and individuals with autism and other developmental needs. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral support in home, school, or community settings. Implement individualized ABA and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Collect and accurately document behavioral and progress data. Help clients develop communication, social, academic, and daily-living skills. Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, teachers, and other care team members. Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment. Qualifications Current RBT certification preferred/required. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children or individuals with autism/developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation for community/home-based services, if applicable. Must be able to pass required background checks.
