Job Description
ALEE Behavioral Healthcare is looking to hire a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a School-Based position for the upcoming 2026-27 School Year. This position will work with a school district for consultation and direct collaboration to assist with students who struggle with severe emotional disabilities, aggression, and mental health disorders. The BCBA will work with special education teams, teachers, school administrators, and RBTs to manage behaviors that affect a student's learning to help provide comprehensive behavior management. This may include evaluation, data collection, interventions, and regular progress monitoring.
Successful candidates will have:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Certified as a BCBA through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) State License to practice Behavior Analysis Responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Provide efficient and effective ABA treatment to individuals with various diagnoses Conduct and interpret results from assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-Mapp) Create behavior support plans, treatment plans, as well as skill acquisition programs utilizing DTT as the teaching methodology Train and Supervise Behavior Technicians in the implementation of behavior support plans, skill acquisition programs as well as data collection to ensure procedural integrity. Effectively communicate with other team members or service providers Continually monitor client's progress and modify current treatment/procedures based upon data collected Complete required documentation, reports, assessments and third party reimbursement paperwork in a timely manner #ALEE123Pay:
