Qualifications:

BCBA certification required Experience supporting K-age 22 students with intellectual and developmental disabilities Demonstrated skill in conducting FBAs and writing BIPs Proficiency in training staff and supporting classroom teams Familiarity with Safety-Care crisis management preferred Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans Train and support classroom teams in plan implementation Provide direct support using proactive, least-restrictive behavioral interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Monitor and analyze student data for programming decisions Participate in and help plan professional development initiatives
