Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for helping young people succeed Ability to commit to onsite, full-time work throughout the assignment

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data accurately to monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Assist with daily routines, providing consistent, compassionate guidance Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning sessions
