Behavior Technician

Improved Dynamics ABA is seeking hardworking Registered Behavior Technicians who currently posses a valid certification. Responsibilities Implement behavioral plans designed by

BCBA/LBA

in clients' homes. Provide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress Qualifications Access to reliable transportation, local travel required Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent The ability to work flexible, part-time schedules Experience working with children with ASD or other diagnosed disabilities preferred What Improved Dynamics can offer: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience Flexible part-time schedules Monthly bonus structure
