Key Qualifications:
Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience as an RBT, ideally within educational or pediatric settings Familiarity with gathering behavioral data and tracking progress Professional, collaborative, and adaptable approach with school personnel, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, implementing behavior intervention strategies Collect and record behavioral data accurately to inform student progress and program effectiveness Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver effective intervention plans Support students in reaching targeted behavioral goals in an onsite school environment Maintain adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines as outlined by BACB and school district protocols
