Responsibilities Provide ongoing supervision of RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements Develop, implement, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed Review and analyze student data to guide interventions Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies Participate in IEP meetings as requested Maintain timely and accurate documentation Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Previous school-based experience preferred Experience supervising RBTs Strong communication and collaboration skills HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
