Full Spectrum ABA Life Changing Therapy for Children and Young Adults with Special Needs. Seeking a highly motivated RBT to join our growing team! Full Spectrum is rapidly expanding to bring services to more children in this area! Immediate hours available for currently certified RBTs!

Responsibilities:

• Within county travel to meet our clients in their home, schools, or communities.
• Help children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs in home, school, and community based settings
• Following ABA care plans constructed by one of our BCBAs
• Record keeping in our electronic filing system
• Being a support person for families of our clients to ensure successful
• Communicating with families and home office
• Execute a strong level of patience in difficult and stressful situations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required or 2+ Years experience Passion for neurodiverse children Driver's license and up to date car insurance Able to pass background screening
