Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take on a full-time contract position working with schools in a supportive, dynamic educational setting. This new role calls for an engaged professional ready to deliver high-quality behavioral services onsite, making a real difference for students and school staff. Responsibilities include providing direct supervision to behavior intervention teams, overseeing and guiding implementation of behavior intervention plans, delivering insightful written reports, and skillfully attending and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping educational outcomes and helping students reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications and desired experience:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational environments Strong report writing skills and familiarity with data collection methodologies Comfortable with attendance and participation in IEP meetings Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities Ability to work full-time, onsite Key responsibilities: Provide direct supervision and support for staff implementing behavioral interventions Conduct behavior assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to student needs Write clear, comprehensive reports and monitor student progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and family members Take an active role in IEP meetings to advocate for students' behavioral and learning needs As a valued contract BCBA, you will find professional challenges that foster your growth while experiencing the rewards of impacting students' lives every day.
