Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, in good standing Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or behavioral settings Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions with assigned student(s) Collect data accurately and consistently throughout sessions Report student progress and collaborate with supervising BCBA and school staff Implement individualized behavioral strategies, reinforcing positive behaviors Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during sessions Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as required This role offers the rewarding chance to help students reach their fullest potential with tailored support.
