Job Description
Anchor Point Autism Center is a new, family-centered ABA clinic preparing to serve children and families in Sumter and surrounding communities. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and collaborative BCBA who is interested in helping establish a positive clinical culture from the beginning. We welcome applicants at all experience levels, including newly certified BCBAs and individuals who expect to complete their BCBA certification within the next one to two months. Candidates awaiting certification must obtain their BCBA credential before providing independent BCBA services. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to help develop clinical procedures, train and support RBTs, establish quality treatment practices, and grow into a leadership role as the center expands. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Create, monitor, and modify behavior-analytic programming Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs Review client data and monitor treatment effectiveness Provide caregiver training and family support Complete documentation and authorization requirements Promote ethical, respectful, and individualized ABA services Collaborate with families, staff, schools, and other providers Assist with developing clinical systems and staff-training procedures Maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and organizational requirements Qualifications Current BCBA certification or expected certification within one to two months Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Ability to obtain South Carolina and payer-required credentials Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Commitment to ethical and family-centered care Willingness to support children with varying communication, behavioral, and developmental needs New BCBAs are encouraged to apply Important Notice This is an anticipated position associated with a new ABA center currently in development. Final employment terms and start date will depend upon completion of the facility, payer credentialing, enrollment development and mutually agreed-upon terms.
