Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position requires a high level of patience, compassion, and dedication to helping individuals with autism reach their full potential.
