Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position requires a high level of patience, compassion, and dedication to helping individuals with autism reach their full potential.
