Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role is essential in implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and documentation. Individuals with their RBT certification will receive a $500 sign on bonus. Duties Perform 1:1 services by implementing behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in patient care activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Provide information to BCBAs regarding the learner's progress Receive and implement feedback from the BCBA Collect and record accurate and timely data during treatment sessions
