Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with 24-hour beeper call coverage requirements. The area serves as a base for water activities on the Missouri River, including boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding, and is home to cultural attractions such as the Akta Lakota Museum and Cultural Center and the Dignity of Earth and Sky sculpture.
