Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your primary focus will be implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting behavioral data, and supporting clients in achieving meaningful progress. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's care plan, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and skill development. Collect behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions. Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Communicate regularly with clients' caregivers. Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and managing medical documentation meticulously. Participate in ongoing training related to special education, medical terminology, ethical standards, and professional conduct for behavior analysts. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, is highly preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Experience assisting with ADLs, data collection, and behavior data analysis in clinical or home-based settings. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement. Ability to work effectively in both home-based environments and office settings. Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
