The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role is essential in implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and documentation. To be hired on, an RBT certification is not required. We provide on site training and reimbursement for submission and testing. Individuals with their RBT certification will receive a $500 sign-on bonus . Duties Evening Sessions and Morning/Day sessions available (between 8am - 8pm) Open to Part Time - working up to Full Time Perform 1:1 services by implementing behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in patient care activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Provide information to BCBAs regarding the learner's progress Receive and implement feedback from the BCBA Collect and record accurate and timely data during treatment sessionsSkills Passionate:
