We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This position may include working with some school-based clients, collaborating closely with educators and school staff to support students in their learning and development. What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's needs. Provide ABA services to clients in school-based and other appropriate settings. Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and develop individualized treatment goals. Create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team. Collaborate closely with teachers, school administrators, school staff, families, and other professionals. Provide parent, caregiver, and staff training as appropriate. Support the integration of ABA strategies into the school environment. Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications. Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being addressed effectively. Support clients in developing communication, social, academic, behavioral, and adaptive skills. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training. Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable state and payer requirements. What We're Looking For Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Current TN LBA . Experience working with children in school, clinical, or community-based settings preferred. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with teachers, school personnel, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
